Fire Cider Is a tonic of apple cider vinegar infused with herbs that have immune boosting properties. The term “fire cider” was coined by herbalist Rosemary Gladstar in the '80s and her traditional recipe includes apple cider vinegar, horseradish root, onion, garlic, ginger, and cayenne pepper. Today Earthy Essentials Fire Cider has extra additives to boost Rosemary's recipe , now having 25 ingredients. Fermented for 6 weeks to allow all the goodness extract into the ACV, Shelf life of 6 months
Usage.
For health maintenance, take 10-30mls (neat) 1-2 times per day.
For acute colds and flu etc., 10-30mls can be taken 6 times per day.
Other ways to enjoy
As a warm drink served with hot water and honey
